We do not require credit card details or account registration on Stripe to try HubRadar. When you contact us with your trade and local area, we dispatch your first 3 live homeowner job alerts directly to your mobile phone. This gives you complete confidence in our alert speed, relevance, and accuracy before paying a single penny.
2. Subscriptions & Add-On Services
If you choose to continue receiving continuous 24/7 alerts after your free evaluation, you can subscribe via Stripe to our core territory plan starting from £9.99 per month. HubRadar may also offer optional add-on products and services (such as additional trade coverage, expanded multi-zone radius monitoring, priority alert routing, speed-dial lead dispatches, or custom reporting). Billing occurs on a recurring monthly basis or as a specified one-time fee via Stripe, with all pricing clearly disclosed prior to payment.
3. Strictly No Refunds on Subscriptions or Add-On Services
Because HubRadar provides instant real-time alert dispatching and digital territory data, and gives every customer 3 free leads upfront without entering payment details to test the service risk-free, all processed subscription charges and add-on service fees are strictly non-refundable.
- We do not provide refunds, prorated credits, or retroactive reimbursements for active or past billing cycles or partially utilized add-on services.
- Once a subscription or add-on charge is processed through Stripe, the fee is finalized and non-refundable.
- If you do not wish to be charged for an upcoming billing period, you must cancel your subscription or add-on service before your renewal date.
4. Cancel Anytime in 1 Click (Zero Lock-In Contract)
There are zero long-term contracts, lock-ins, or exit penalties on any of our plans or add-ons:
- You can cancel your subscription and any active recurring add-on services at any time with a single click using the self-service Stripe Customer Billing Portal linked in your email receipts.
- Alternatively, you can cancel by texting or emailing our support team with your registered phone number.
- Once cancelled, no further renewals or charges will occur. You will maintain access to your service until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
