Welcome to HubRadar. By accessing our website, trying our lead alerts, or subscribing to our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Description of Service

HubRadar operates an automated monitoring and alert dispatching service. We scan publicly accessible community forums, noticeboards, and town groups across the United Kingdom for local homeowner requests seeking trade and home service professionals. When a relevant post is detected, an automated SMS notification containing a direct link to the publicly accessible post is delivered to your designated mobile phone number.

2. Free Trial Leads (No Sign-Up or Card Required)

We provide prospective tradespeople with their first 3 live homeowner leads completely free of charge. No credit card details, payment information, or account registration on Stripe is required to receive these 3 sample leads. This allows you to evaluate alert speed and lead quality before deciding whether to purchase a recurring subscription.

3. Subscription Billing, Fees & Add-On Services

Base Subscription: Our core territory lead alert membership is billed at £9.99 (GBP) per month, inclusive of all SMS delivery costs for your chosen service territory.
Optional Add-On Services: HubRadar may from time to time offer optional add-on products and services, including but not limited to additional trade categories, expanded multi-territory radius monitoring, priority alert routing, speed-dial lead dispatches, or bespoke data reports. Pricing and billing frequencies for any add-on services will be clearly displayed prior to confirmation at checkout via Stripe.
Billing via Stripe: All base subscriptions and recurring add-on services are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. Recurring charges occur on a 30-day billing cycle from the date of activation unless otherwise specified.
Zero Commissions or Hidden Lead Fees: HubRadar charges zero per-lead fees and takes 0% commission on any revenue or contracts you secure.

4. Cancellation & No-Refund Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription or any recurring add-on services at any time with zero lock-in contracts or exit penalties. You can cancel with 1 click directly via the self-service Stripe Customer Billing Portal linked in every confirmation email, or by contacting our team via SMS or email. Because all prospective subscribers are provided with 3 free leads upfront without entering payment details to test the service risk-free, all processed subscription and add-on service charges are strictly non-refundable. Upon cancellation of a subscription or add-on service, your access will remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period, after which no further renewals will take place.

5. Nature of Leads & Independence

HubRadar is an independent monitoring technology. We provide rapid notification of publicly posted homeowner requests. We do not employ homeowners, nor do we act as an employer, agent, or contractor. We do not guarantee that a homeowner will hire you, nor are we liable for agreements, payment terms, or disputes between you and the customer.

6. Subscriber Conduct

Subscribers agree to interact with potential customers professionally, courteously, and in accordance with UK trade standards and consumer protection regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, HubRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the alert service or from third-party social platform downtime.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
